• Initial Consultation and Assessment

  Client Needs Assessment: The process begins with a consultation where the client’s packaging requirements are thoroughly discussed. This includes understanding the product specifications, target market, shipping requirements, and any special considerations (e.g., fragility, size, or weight).

  Solution Proposal: Based on the assessment, Polydesign will propose the most suitable packaging solutions, which might include die-cut cardboard boxes, polystyrene packaging, or cardboard inserts. The team ensures that the solution aligns with the client’s functional and branding needs.

• Design and Prototyping

  Custom Design: Using state-of-the-art design software, Polydesign will create tailored packaging solutions, ensuring that the packaging fits perfectly and offers optimal protection. This includes designing structural components like end caps, edge protectors, or custom die-cut boxes.

  Prototyping: Before mass production, a prototype may be created to ensure the packaging meets the client’s expectations. This gives the client an opportunity to review the design and suggest modifications if necessary.

• Manufacturing
